Beautifully imaginative and quietly whimsical work by Anna Shuttlewood at Venue 3 from 23 May – 7 June.

There’s a wonderful sense of story and atmosphere running through these pieces — well worth seeking out if you’re exploring the trail this year.

Our Giclee printer has been exceptionally busy recently producing fine art prints for artists exhibiting in this year’s Plain Arts Salisbury art trail.

Always lovely to see artwork prepared and ready for exhibition season.

This beautiful piece by Scarlet Leatham will be on show with Nova Art Guild at Fisherton Mill during this year’s Salisbury Art Trail.

A gorgeous study in colour, texture and light.

Meet the Artist - Scarlet Leatham is exhibiting as a member of at Fisherton Mill - Gallery Cafe Studios from the 21st May to the 20th June. Nova Art Guild will be part of the from the 23rd of May for two weeks and can be found at venue 2 in the trail catalogue.

This latest photograph by Scarlet entitled 'Parrot Tulips with Florentine Damask' will be on show along with a range of other new works a series of which follow the theme of 'The Blue Vase' a modern interpretation of flower paintings from the 17th Century. Members of Nova Art Guild will be stewarding the exhibition throughout the period but If you would particularly like to meet Scarlet she will stewarding the exhibition from 10am - 3pm on the following dates and would be delighted to talk art and discuss her works.

Not all artwork reproduction is the same.

From a distance, many images might look acceptable. It is only when you begin to look properly - at the colour, tonal subtlety, character and fine detail - that the difference becomes clear.

Good reproduction is not about producing something that is merely similar. It is about creating something that feels true to the original.

That is where experience, care and judgement matters.
