FREE BASIC LIFE SAVING SKILLS WORKSHOP

Would you know what to do while waiting for an ambulance to arrive?

Join us for a FREE 1-hour hands-on workshop, delivered in collaboration with Michael Fitzpatrick, and learn essential first-aid skills that could help save a life.

The session will cover:
Stroke recognition & what to do during a stroke
Bleeding control & why it can save lives
Heart attack awareness
Hands-on CPR & AED demonstration

Friday 16th October
11am–12pm
The Bowman Centre, Amesbury
FREE – open to all Amesbury residents
No previous experience needed!
