Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Assist customers in finding products and providing accurate information about product features and benefits
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment
Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times
Assist with visual merchandising to maximize product visibility and drive sales
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a polite and professional manner
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time
Basic math skills for processing transactions
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
