The Great Scunthorpe Embroidery Challenge was held today Saturday 27 June. Technical Challenge is to create a piece of textile work/embroidery based on the following theme: Life on Earth, you had to plan, design and even practise some of your ideas beforehand.You bring everything you need to create your design to the meeting. You may print or paint your fabric beforehand and transfer a design but you may not stitch anything in advance and bring it to the Challenge. All stitching on the day must start from scratch. The winner was number 11 flower borders 🥰
