Frank is a stunning 6-year-old gelding by the sought-after Air Jordan Z, standing at 17.2hh. He’s the full package — eye-catching, kind, and full of potential.
A real sweetheart to have on the yard — easy to handle, loves fuss and attention, and has the most genuine temperament. Works beautifully on the flat with three expressive paces and would make a lovely dressage horse in the right hands. He is a very flashy mover with great presence.
Jumping up to 1.10m in the ring, Frank is extremely careful and has all the scope to go much higher. However he likes to get it right — he’s a horse that thrives with a confident rider who can help him see his stride and keep his confidence. He never wants to touch a pole and gives everything a proper jump. So for that reason he’s suited to a professional in the ring that can help produce him up the hieghts.
He’s also hunted, proving bold and brave across country — happy over hedges, ditches, rails, and anything in front of him. Stands at meets like a dream, though can get a bit joggy when waiting to jump.
Frank is good to shoe, clip, load, and travel. He prefers a leg up to mount (fine with a block, just a bit fidgety), so still a little green in that area.
Hacks alone and in company, fine with lorry’s, buses & tractors etc.
Has some old cosmetic scars on his leg, but has clean X-rays and is sound as they come.
This is a seriously classy young horse with a big future ahead — whether in showjumping, eventing, or dressage.
