I’ve put on this soft silky co-ord from for the long drive down, it’s honestly the comfiest thing to travel in. Feels like pyjamas but still acceptable for the service stops 😎👍🏼

Wedding season has begun! 💙

I thought I’d kick it off with some colour for yesterday’s beautiful wedding!
This blue is everywhere this season and is the perfect colour for deep winters because it works really well with dark features 🙌🏼.

I styled it up with gold accessories and went with a classic n**e clutch to balance out for a more wedding appropriate look over a colour clash, and I mean who doesn’t love a blue and n**e combo! 👌🏼

I think I need to bite the bullet and do a styling reel for this two piece because there’s so many ways to wear it dressed up or down and with different colour combos this spring/summer! ☀️🍹

I still can’t believe it but here we are again!

Anyway not much to say here except I hope you all have a lovely New Year’s Eve! Whatever you are up to, I hope you celebrate in style 💃🏻

I’ll not be looking as glam as this but I will be putting on my new white feather pyjamas to welcome in the new year with my family for which I’m so grateful ✨

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2022!🤞🏼 And keep in mind going into this new year, that even when things don’t go as we might have planned or hoped, as long as we’re here healthy & alive we are truly blessed so let’s never forget to thank God for that 🙏🏼❤️

Last week’s wardrobe detox! 👗

My client was stuck in a bit of a cycle of rotating the same few outfits over, leaving about 80% of her wardrobe practically unworn!

We began with discussing her style personality, dominant colouring and what her wardrobe goals were - which was to feel confident in her clothes & in picking outfits everyday and also knowing how to put together different styles and putting a stop to impulse buys which she never ends up wearing! 🚫

We then went through each piece discarding the ones which no longer served her, keeping only pieces that suited her style, colouring and would make her feel her very best!

We made the all important shopping list to fill in the gaps in her wardrobe with some key pieces to make multiple outfits with the ones she already owns! 💃🏻

The spirt of Christmas is not in the presents but in His presence 🕊

Christmas is my favourite time of year! The festive feels, the tunes, lights, the Christmas tree up in the living room and just the joy this season brings! As much as I love it, I also know there are many people who don’t look forward to Christmas. Not everyone is surrounded by big wonderful families. Some are overcome with sadness when remembering loved ones that are no longer with us. It may be their first Christmas without their loved one or they lost someone around this time and can be a very lonely time. We all need love, care and kindness right now and I’m keeping everyone in my prayers 🙏🏼

May we all have the gift of faith this Christmas and many blessings throughout the new year for everyone! 🙏🏼❤️

I went for a contrast this year, of black on black, brown & black with some gold leaf branch foliage. There’s something about velvet ribbon I just love! 😍🎀

This was my ootd yesterday! This is why I love a statement coat. I know I say it a lot but they really are perfect to have on hand when you just don’t have time to waste planning or looking for an outfit!

I paired mine with my trusty Zara leather trousers, a black puff sleeve top from H&M and my chunky patent boots also from H&M (to tackle the snow ❄️). Add a handbag & a spritz of your favourite perfume and you’re good to go 💃🏻

STYLIST TIP: January. Sales. 🙊 You can normally guarantee yourself a mega bargain in the January sales.
Winter coats are almost always put in the January sales as they want to get rid of their stock ready for the spring/summer stock to come in. I grabbed this one from Mango in January for just £49.99 down from £119.99. Do with that information what you will and thank me…in January 😉😅

Oh how I love a wardrobe detox! Here’s a nice before and after for you all on this snowy day! ❄️

My client’s wardrobe was crammed full of clothes with little organisation 🙊
That, along with odd, bulky hangers makes choosing outfits pretty hard!

Every single piece was emptied out of the wardrobe and we then went through each individual item, organised and put them into piles - To keep, for charity and some to go into summer storage. ☀️

It may look like not much was left but a good clear out was needed! We added a lot of missing key items to her shopping list which will play a fundamental role in creating more outfits with the remaining pieces in her wardrobe!

Seeing the results of a wardrobe detox is honestly so therapeutic for me and my clients, it totally clears the mind! 💆🏻‍♀️💕

This was my outfit for a wedding I attended on Sunday! 💒

Autumn is well under way and cape jackets are perfect for this weather and layering over just about anything!

I layered mine over a black blouse and beige suit trousers, and added a thick belt as a statement piece to finish the look which works so well when you’ve got a simple outfit! It also sinches in the waist - always a good thing!
Then once the cape came off I wore the belt underneath with my trousers and blouse! 💃🏻

Ps. Please excuse my H&M parcel ready and waiting at the door to be taken back 🥴🙈
