✨ Happy New Year!✨

This time of year is often filled with pressure to reinvent ourselves, but the truth is, you don’t need to change everything to move forward.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is keep showing up, learning as you go, and staying true to what really matters to you.

Growth doesn’t follow a calendar, and progress (no matter how small) is still progress. All great journeys start with a single step.

Remember to give yourself credit for how far you’ve come, and embrace the journey ahead, without losing sight of who you already are.

After all, you’re pretty great already. Right? 🙌🏻🥂

For me, it is, without a doubt, Elf on the Shelf! 🎄 I never realised exactly how long December was until I started with that festive nonsense!

From a business perspective however, I’d say accounts. It’s time-consuming, stressful, and not exactly my area. Once I can bring myself to face it, I’m not exactly racing through with enthusiasm.

I find myself either taking time out during my day—time I could be using for paid work—or dedicating a precious evening 😬.

I’ll be honest: that’s time I’d much rather spend reading, watching Netflix, or just relaxing with a glass of wine. 🍷 Actually, I’d much rather listen to Christmas songs on a loop! 🎶

That time is valuable, and I know that handing over to an experienced professional means it will be handled properly—and much faster than I could manage.

Yes, it’s a bit scary to hand over aspects of your business and trust someone else with something so important. Believe me, I get it.

So next year, that’s exactly what I’m going to do, while I concentrate more on building my business.

As for the Elf on the Shelf, I have a feeling Santa will need all hands on deck next year… 🎅

How many of us have typed those words at the end of an email or message, even after explaining something with clarity and expertise? 🙋‍♀️

It’s funny, isn’t it? Brilliant, capable women often feel the need to soften their authority with this phrase. But here’s the truth: we make sense, always.

We don’t need to second-guess our intelligence, our decisions, or our ability to communicate clearly. So let’s own our words and trust our voices—because we do make sense, without needing to ask.

✨Created personalised instructional videos to guide clients through processes.
✨Created a comprehensive 25-page brochure with original copywriting and graphics in keeping with company branding for a franchise.
✨Handled enquiries for a large letting agency.
✨Booked property viewings, making sure that viewer’s diaries run smoothly.
✨Confirmed viewing appointments and called viewers for feedback.
✨Created new contracts.
✨Set up new online contract and document signing system.
✨Created original content for social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and X; from content planning to original copywriting.
✨Unique graphic creation for social media, including photo and video editing.
✨Set up client LinkTree and kept links updated, including brochure downloads.
✨Created digital PDF brochures for a local Photographer.
✨Set up and organised client Trello boards.
✨Set up new online systems on behalf of clients.
✨Replaced paper based forms with digital, using company colours and logo.
✨Created unique flyers for use on social media and print, using company colours, fonts and logo.
✨Create QR codes for printed promo materials.
✨Researched and implemented new CRM system for a new Letting Agency.

I love what I do, which is primarily helping small to medium sized businesses grow.

I recently designed a set of brochures for a wonderful photographer, think they went down well! 😍

What did I do?

✨ Created an original bespoke layout (no off the shelf Canva templates!)
✨ Improved the existing copy (and added in some new)
✨ Created bespoke branded online enquiry forms
✨ Added links to these forms, creating digital Pdf
