It's time folks.

Keep Your Fork has been a huge part of my life for 16 years... TODAY 2008.

The social purpose marketing communications and training consultancy I created around my values and skillset to support charities, community groups, social enterprises and other non profits, student startups, women entrepreneurs, small business owners and disadvantaged school leavers is formally closed.

It has been a tough decision: another grief when many of you will know how many traumatic losses I have already been through- but my whole life, focus, interests and commitment has moved into other areas- particularly my passionate focus on the work I do in Lesotho with Ken Dunn MBE.FRGS, MFA Africa's Gift.

I would be honoured if those of who who are not following my Hope Walking page would join me there to see my current updates on my 600+ kilometre challenge walking the world- famous Camino ancient pilgrimage route across Portugal and Spain to raise money for this fantastic charity.

A huge thank you from my heart to each and every one of you who has been an employee, associate, ambassador, client, supplier, journalist, broadcaster... who has encouraged, coached, advised, mentored, donated, engaged or supported me in any way.

Time to find a new way forward both for my charity work, new business Hope Walking and in my other projects. Do follow Hope Walking's page and sign up to our newsletters at hopewalking.co.uk to see all I'm up to, which currently includes walking over 700km on the world famous Camino pilgrimage route across Portugal and Spain.

Bless you all and as we say on pilgrimage, good journey... "buen camino".

Thank you Jo Davison🥰for sharing your thoughts about the power of pilgrimage at Peterborough Cathedral👣. Discover what Jo experienced here:

Pilgrimages have been undertaken by followers of most major religions for centuries, but the actual definition of a pilgrimage is a journey into the unknown, where one goes to find out about oneself as much as the travels and the&nbs

Really enjoyed this Radio 4 PM interview with Emma Bridgewater and my trainers at the British Pilgrimage Trust on why pilgrimage need not be about religion- it's a walk with a purpose for a specific intention where you reflect and connect with yourself, nature and others...
