Today I stepped back in a place I used to work after 8 years

Since the first picture a lot has changed for me

➡️ 2 kids
➡️ Started ran & sold my own group training facility
➡️ 3 thousand clients

Many things I am proud of but it’s not all been sunshine & roses

4 months ago I was on the verge of breakdown

Somewhere along the way I lost myself I forgot to take care of myself

I walked away from the fitness industry

I took some time out

Started to rebuild myself

Today I am

✅ The fittest I have been in years
✅ Feeling better than ever
✅ Ready to change some more lives

My mission is to help men/dads get in shape & back to their best

Because if i can hit rock bottom & come back anyone can!

Halfway through my own mini cut, and honestly… I’m buzzing with the results.

The goal of this mini cut was to drop a stone whilst holding onto as much muscle as possible

4 weeks in

📉 Dropped 9lbs
💪 Strength still going up in the gym
⚡ Energy levels higher than before
👕 Clothes fitting better

I have not been starving myself or doing endless cardio.

➡️ 3 weight training sessions per week
➡️ flexibility with my diet to fit around family meals
➡️ daily movement 8k steps per day

The next 4 weeks I will be upping my daily movement to burn some extra calories and look to bring the body fat ready for holiday

It’s 8pm on a Monday & the majority of dads have already said that they will start again next week…

This is what holds most dads back from making the progress they want

They put to much pressure on Mondays

Mondays tend to be the hardest day of the week, your knackered from the weekend, your catching up on work & you have a million different things you need to get done.

Before you think about your training.

So it’s easy to see why a lot of people struggle with Mondays

Just because you might have missed your workout today, does not mean you should just press the F**k it button for the rest of the week.

It’s one day out the week

It happens, get over it and get your workout in tomorrow instead.

It’s not missing Monday what’s holding you back it’s missing the rest of the week because you missed Monday what’s killing your gains…

Stop waiting a week to start again and just start again tomorrow and watch your progress speed

“I did not think that I would get back to this ever again”

That’s what Jess had to say after losing 23lbs as a full time mum

As a parent you put everyone else first and forget about yourself

It’s your job to look after your family but if you are not looking after yourself you won’t be able to take care of your loved ones

When I started working with Jess we had one clear goal get back to pre baby condition

Like most people she wanted to get their as soon as possible

With being a full time mum she didn’t have much time to train so we focused on what really matters

2x weight training sessions per week done at home

Daily step target to burn extra calories and get out the house

Daily calorie and protein target, this meant that she could pick her own meals & eat with her family

We had to plan in 2 meals per week which was off plan

1 was with the girls at the play group

The other was with her husband on a weekend

This meant that 80% of her week was on plan & 20% off

In this job you hear the same excuses…

I haven’t got the time…
I need to get fitter before starting…

Both are lies that you tell yourself & it’s holding you back from being the best mum, dad, partner you can be
