Meet Steve, the eye behind the detail at FWD Motion. From brand development to creating engaging merchandise and brand assets that pop, to managing supplier relationships and print production, Steve brings every project together seamlessly.

Outside of work, Steve spends his time with family, watching films, heading to gigs and writing screenplays. He’s been part of the FWD team for over a decade and says the best thing about FWD Motion is the people he works with.

Fun fact: One of Steve's scripts was turned into a low-budget horror film!

Meet Lee, who specialises in .NET development and bridging front-end design with back-end functionality.

He creates seamless, high-performing websites, as well as implementing advanced analytics tracking to capture meaningful user and conversion data.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife Jude, their two boys, Ivar and Jacob, and a very large Labrador. Lee enjoys padel, photography, mountain biking and walking, and has previously spent time working in Geneva.

He has been part of the FWD Motion team since August 2017, after completing a one-year placement with the company as part of his uni degree.

Lee's favourite thing about working at FWD Motion is the down-to-earth team and the variety of projects, which keeps things interesting and means he is always learning.

OpenAI has officially begun rolling out beta testing for ads inside ChatGPT in the UK. Early reports suggest brands including Adobe, Audible, Ford and Target are among the first wave testing conversational AI advertising experiences.

Outside of work, Claire is always planning her next holiday adventure, whether that’s a weekend getaway with friends or a trip away with her teenage children.

Claire has been part of the FWD Motion team for just over two years, and her favourite thing about working here is the people and the culture. She’s especially enjoyed the move into the heart of Sheffield, making after-work lunches and drinks even easier.

Holly joined FWD Motion in 2023 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a degree in English Literature and Philosophy.
