This customer wanted a 55” Sky Glass TV installed into their bespoke media wall using a customer-supplied gas-assisted pull-down TV bracket. On the surface it looked straightforward, but once we assessed the installation, a major challenge became clear.

⚠️ The supplied bracket only had a 6” x 4” fixing area positioned low down, meaning all the weight of the TV and bracket would be concentrated on a very small section of the wall. With the customer regularly moving the TV up and down to suit their viewing position, this required a much stronger and safer solution.

✅ We designed and installed additional structural support behind the mounting area.
✅ Ensured the load was properly distributed across the media wall.
✅ Created a secure fixing point capable of handling the movement and weight of the TV.
✅ Completed a neat, flush installation that looks fantastic and operates safely.
