One client sold seven jobs in a week recently.

So the next marketing meeting was not about generating more leads, it was about recruitment.

The business had enough demand but its new constraint was finding the people required to deliver the work.

That meant changing the content, campaign objective and call to action.

Good marketing does not keep solving yesterday’s problem.

Sometimes that is awareness.
Sometimes it is sales.
Sometimes it is recruitment, retention or capacity.

The strategy should change when the business changes.

One booking worth £2,400.

That produced a reported return of 3,692%.

It is an excellent result.

But the most important question was not whether we should immediately spend more. The business only had limited availability for that particular service.

Scaling the campaign without considering capacity could have created the wrong type of demand.

Marketing performance should never be judged separately from operations.

A great campaign that's generated a massive result for one of our local hospitality clients.

Write down your purpose, mission and positioning.

Take each statement and explore it through four questions:
1 - What is it?
2 - Why do you believe it?
3 - How do you put it into practice?
4 - When does it become valuable to the customer?

Your answers can become stories, opinions, examples, case studies and educational posts.

Content becomes difficult when every post is expected to introduce a brand-new subject.

Depth is usually more valuable than endless variety.

We mixed clients, friends and connections of Example’s to bring together a room full of like-minded people.

Back in February, we did canapes and w**e and this time we hosted a networking dinner night to build great connections.
