A strong LinkedIn presence genuinely changes how people view your business.

People ARE checking:
👀 your content
👀 your branding
👀 your consistency
👀 whether your business actually feels active online

AI posters are taking over my feed - and we need to talk about it.

AI is an amazing tool, and there is no reason at all why elements of its capability can't be utilised in any marketing strategy, but there are times when the tell-tale AI design dupes become hard to ignore, but amazingly, even harder to take time to stop and read.

Event promotion on social media is crucial, and you don't have to go and pay lots of money to a faceless Fiverr account to create you beautiful event assets to use, but you are being detrimental to your brand and event by using a 2 second AI poster. They're clunky, ugly, and strip away anything unique and human about what you are trying to communicate to your customers.

In a state of protest, I will create any poster for any event FOR FREE for the remainder of the month 😂

Let's end the reign of AI terror 🥳

My posts don’t get any likes… should I be worried? Honestly - not always.

It’s really easy to post something, get barely any likes, and immediately think: “Well, that flopped," but likes are only one tiny part of the picture. Sometimes people see your post, take it in, remember your business, click through to your profile, send you a message later, or mention you to someone else, and never press the like button.

Especially on Facebook, people can be silent watchers. They are there, they are seeing things, they just are not always interacting in an obvious way.

That said, if your posts are consistently getting no reach, no clicks, no enquiries and no engagement at all, then it might be time to look a bit deeper. A few things to ask yourself:

Are you posting content your audience actually cares about?
Are you making it clear what you do?
Are you showing the person behind the business?
Are you giving people a reason to respond, click or remember you?
Are you posting consistently enough to stay visible?

Likes are nice, but they are not the whole story. A post with 3 likes could still lead to an enquiry, a post with 50 likes could lead to nothing. Annoying, but true.

So no, don’t panic if one post doesn’t perform well. But do look at the bigger picture.

Are people seeing you?
Are they understanding what you offer?
Are you building trust over time?

That is where the real value is. And if you are staring at your posts thinking, “I have absolutely no idea what is working anymore,” that is exactly the kind of thing I can help with.

Some recent design work for a VERY exciting upcoming project....

Creating B2B content on LinkedIn can seem super daunting, and that's exactly how the team at UNIO felt. Masters in all things technical, and designers of a groundbreaking new piece of technology, they just didn't have the time or knowledge on how to translate this information to socials, and connect with other industry experts.

The aim was to create content that felt professional, on-brand and engaging - helping them show up consistently on LinkedIn with visuals that support their messaging and reflect the quality of their work.

This is one of my favourite parts of what I do: taking a business’s ideas, services or updates and turning them into content that feels clear, polished and right for the platform.

LinkedIn content does not need to be boring to be professional, it just needs the right balance.

I seem to have a bad habit at the moment of not sharing my most recent work to my page (LinkedIn gets all the best bits at the moment) - so I thought I would show my latest concept project.

This one is just for fun, a mock-up of what I believe the Molly Mae x Adidas campaign visuals will look like.

Of course, the shoes are just a concept at the moment, so please take the general look with a pinch of salt, but I am pretty pleased with how the visuals came out!

Happy New Year! 🎉

I’ve kicked off 2026 by doing a few free brand/social media reviews for business owners who feel a bit stuck online - posting consistently, but not getting the reach (or enquiries) they know they should be getting.

One of the first reviews was for HNtherapy, who reached out feeling unsure why their posts weren’t travelling as far as they wanted.

After taking a proper look, it became clear they’ve actually got an amazing, untapped bank of topics that people genuinely search for and engage with - especially at this time of year when everyone’s pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.

A few of the opportunities we pulled out straight away:
✅ More in-person, talking-to-camera Reels (their best-performing content)
✅ Clearer, more consistent themes and visuals so the page feels cohesive
✅ Better Highlights (services, testimonials, FAQs, how to book)
✅ Seasonal content that’s super relevant right now - think fear of flying, gym confidence, and confidence in specific hobbies/sports

I’ll be sharing parts of the review (and the action plan) to show what I look for - and hopefully it helps other business owners too.
