Great News! - NEW INSTALL

We’ve recently upgraded our finishing department with a Stahl KH82-4KTL folding machine.

This allows us to fold 16-page A4 sections instead of 8pp, effectively halving run lengths and massively increasing production efficiency.

For you, our client, that means faster lead times, more flexibility, and the same high-quality finish you expect from Remous Print.

There was the Heidelberg Platen Press — the true mechanical workhorse of the 1960s.

🥶 2026 Cold Start! 🥶

Welcome to 2026 - But how was 2025?

I hope you had a great year, and despite some economic challenges at the moment, you have great plans for 2026.

Last year saw us install our new SRA1 Komori press, nearly doubling our sheet size, which brought some challenges, but also a lot of benefits. We have seen a massive uplift in what we can produce daily, reduced lead times, and enhanced colour management, which has seen us delivering more on ISO standard colour on our work. We also welcomed Archie to the company, who is now well into his print finishing apprenticeship and rapidly becoming a valuable member of the production team.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce the installation of a new folding line to further improve production times and efficiency, which installs mid-January. So this will improve lead times on our Perfect-bound and PUR-bound publications and is a long-overdue investment that fits nicely with the press sheet size, too.

We have just completed our latest press calibration to ensure colour standards are tight as ever for the next quarter. The new press has Spectrophotometer colour management, meaning it is scanning colours not just ink desnity so we can be much more accurate in colour matching for those crucial brand guidelines for both marketing and publishing. What are your plans for 2026?
