Friday was a very special night for the club as we celebrated the 2024 - 2025 season with our Juniors and Adults Awards Evenings. We were proud to put both events on with no cost to attend for members and their families!

Highlights of the night to follow but before that there are a few special mentions...

Newport Engravers for the beautiful selection of engraved trophies for award winners on the night.

AYP Print & Design for the awesome personalised juniors Stars of the Season certificates, presented to every junior member within the club.

Newport Salop RUFC for use of your fantastic facilities and your hospitality. We were in the marquee this year, which worked perfectly!

Paul Quinn who put on a delicious BBQ after the junior awards.

We ran a raffle on the night with some amazing prizes! We want to recognise the generosity of so many local businesses who donated these prizes.

😢news: Owing to a yellow thunderstorm warning by the Met Office, along with forecasts of high winds, the Family Fun Day at Telford Town Park due to happen tomorrow has had to be cancelled!!

😄news: We have some AWESOME flyers and posters now printed to spread the word about our Telford Tall Tales drama workshops at MPH happening in August, September and October. Thank you Lewis and AYP Print & Design .

😔However, we now have nowhere to take them!

😃CAN ANYONE HELP US GET THEM OUT TO THE YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES WHO NEED TO HEAR ABOUT US? 😀

Can anyone help by:
a) Picking up 10 or more flyers from Sascha at reception of Point House anytime over the next few weeks (from 10am tomorrow morning when I'll drop them off) and putting them up in your local places/ passing them onto friends?
There will be free Moonstruck Astronaut balloons 🎈waiting for you as a thank you! 💙

b) Posting a comment below telling me where to go to put up posters/flyers for young people/ family events in Telford Town Centre?? 💛
