Trade businesses don’t have a lead problem.
Most of the time…

They have a clarity problem.

We’ve worked with trade businesses across the UK and the pattern is usually the same.

No clear direction.

No defined target client.

So they throw money at ads.

Try hiring.
Try “getting busier”.

But busy and profitable are not the same thing.

Most people overcomplicate it.

You don’t need fancy setups or hours of filming.

Do this instead:

Film 5 quick clips on every job
(close, mid, wide)

Record a simple voiceover at home

Send it to an editor

That’s it.

Do that consistently…

And you’ll never run out of content again.

Simple system.

Big output.

Is to start.

Film in your van.
Film on site.
Build it up.

And eventually…

You stop caring what anyone thinks.
