This week, I was thrilled to join some of my favourite people and businesswomen on a panel for the Local: Kent event at in Ashford.

Hosted by the official segue queeeeen , I was joined on the panel by , Sammy Gildroy, , and .

The conversations covered everything from using AI tools in your business and neurodivergence in the workplace to the importance of empathy and normalising open discussions around female health.

This community is so important to me, not only because the conversations are always so good and everyone is genuinely lovely, but because we challenge each other with open dialogue and discussions.

Thank you to Karen and Hannah for inviting me to be a part of this, and for (not-so-gently!) encouraging me to do more public speaking!

Does posting online fill you with dread? Does it make you not want to post content at all?

If you have RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) this can be a very real experience, especially amongst the neurodivergent community, and it can impact how you use social media for your business.

Wow - what a morning!

I still can't quite believe it, but this morning, I delivered my first workshop!

I never even entertained the thought of public speaking until six months ago, and since then, I have attended a Speaker School, delivered a talk in public, and have now held my own workshop.

I wanted the workshop to be small but impactful and empowering for my attendees. Thank you to Tracey from Zerenity Creates, Tara from Tara Lancaster Virtual Assistant Services Ltd, and Sophie from Jaguar Contract Cleaning Services Ltd for coming and engaging so fully with the content of the workshop; it made it very easy to deliver it, and I hope you all got a lot out of it.

Also, thank you to the team at Sun Pier House; the Gallery is a beautiful and relaxed space - perfect for this type of event.

I have been asked what my next workshop will be... I honestly haven’t got that far! So, I thought I'd throw it open to all of you - what would you find useful, or what topic would you like covered in a workshop?
