Running a podcast is a LOT of work.

Many podcasters give up after only a few episodes because they underestimate just how much work goes into it. It's not just sharing an episode online and watching the number of views go up.

There's the planning, finding guests, writing a script or prompt sheet, recording, editing, scheduling, sharing, promoting... it can feel endless.

I started Crescent Podcast because I thought I'd enjoy it, I could support and promote local businesses, and that it would be a good side-project for my business; I definitely underestimated the workload involved.

A rather windswept thank you to The Autism Apprentice CIC for asking me to run a podcasting workshop with their young people at their summer club! ✨️

It was somewhat challenging to try to plan this workshop, as there were a lot of unknown variables, but it was great to see those who were interested really get involved and give it their all.
