Yesterday we held our first AI Hackathon with the team! 🤖💻

The brief was simple: Spend the day exploring how AI could make your role faster, easier, or more effective by applying it to a real, everyday task. 🤔💭

The results were impressive. In just one day the team created:

🔹 A wireframed website generated through AI-assisted workflows
🔹 A real-time hosting analysis dashboard
🔹 Magento error log analysis to speed up issue diagnosis
🔹 AI agents to support everyday workloads
🔹 Automated transcripts and summary emails
🔹 And several other experiments we’re excited to keep developing!

It was a great reminder that the real value of AI isn’t theory, it’s embedding it into real workflows to create meaningful productivity gains.💪

A huge effort from the whole team. Looking forward to building on these ideas and seeing where this takes us next. 🤩👏

Last week we brought a small group together for the Healthcare Leaders Kaizen Club to explore some of the digital challenges trusts are currently facing, and the discussion didn’t disappoint! 🗣️🤝

In fact, a few themes stood out:

🔎 Smarter ways to search and navigate documents
♿ A growing shift toward task-based accessibility

It’s always valuable to hear how different trusts are approaching similar challenges and sharing what’s working across their organisations. 💭

Some of the key developments that'll matter most to our clients include:
