RAISING HER IN FAITH. RAISING HER FOR PURPOSE

Alisha’s smile is more than happiness—it is a beautiful picture of a young life being nurtured, loved, and empowered

Through the support of The Community Church, led by Bishop Florence Chaurura, Alisha is able to travel from Bhora to Harare for Sunday Service, worship, fellowship, and continue growing in Christ

She is happy, feels at home, and is learning to know and love God from a young age.

This is what empowering the community looks like—raising children in the faith, strengthening families, and investing in a generation that knows God.

GRACE IS NOT OURS TO GATEKEEP

The younger son left, but when he returned, the Father welcomed him. The big brother had stayed, yet he struggled to celebrate his brother’s restoration

Singing Apostle Batsirai Shasha reminded us that when sin becomes public, people are quick to judge—but God looks at the heart and welcomes those who turn back to Him

God loves sinners, but He does not endorse sin. His grace calls us to repentance, restoration, and growth in Christ

Let’s grow beyond jealousy, pride, and self-righteousness. The grace God extended to us is also available to others.

❤️FROM RECEIVING SUPPORT TO BECOMING A BLESSING.

Pastor Rona’s story is a powerful picture of what happens when people are given the opportunity to know God, grow in His Word, and discover their purpose

When she first came to The Community Church, she knew little about the Word of God. But through teaching, fellowship, love, and spiritual guidance, she grew in her faith and became a Pastor in the very church where her journey began

Even after she moved to Bhora, the support continued. Through transport assistance from The Community Church, she is able to travel to Harare for Sunday Services, worship, fellowship, and continue growing in Christ

Today, Pastor Rona is happy, grateful, feels at home, and is inviting others to come and experience the same love and transformation.

This is what it means to be The Community Church—empowering people, building faith, removing barriers, and raising people who can go on to impact others.

When we empower one person, we can touch an entire community.

“Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2

WHEN LOVE BECOMES ACTION

Gogo vaDean travels all the way from Bhora to Harare, and through the support of The Community Church, she is able to attend Sunday Service, worship, fellowship, and continue growing in Christ

Today, she is not only grateful—she is joyful, feels at home, and is encouraging others to come and experience the same love and fellowship

This is what being a community church is about: caring for people, empowering lives, and putting the love of Christ into action.

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

At The Community Church, we believe true empowerment includes equipping the next generation with the Word of God

Young Lisedi is growing in Christ, learning God's Word, and confidently sharing it with others. Her simple declaration from Philippians 4:13 is a beautiful reminder that when young hearts are grounded in Christ, they can grow in faith and become a blessing to others.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

This is the community we desire to build—young people who know God, love His Word, and are empowered to live for Christ.
