Following a rewire in Hockley Heath, we headed back to add this warm white LED tape in a slim aluminium profile, made to measure to fit perfectly under the kitchen cupboards.

No off the shelf strip lights bodged in with visible wiring. This is measured, cut and fitted perfectly.

If you rent out a property, you're legally required to have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report. And if it's out of date, it's the kind of thing that gets very expensive, very fast, if something goes wrong.

Out on a house extension last week reconfiguring the electrics so the new space works with the old...not against it!

This is the bit that happens before the plasterer is called in...rerouting circuits, adding new sockets and lighting points, making sure it's all signed off to current regs ✅

If you're planning an extension, get your electrician involved at first fix stage, not after the walls are up.

MYTH: 'If the lights still work, the wiring's fine.'

FACT: Wiring can look and work perfectly fine right up until it doesn't. Insulation degrades with age and a lot of serious electrical faults give zero warning.

The only way to actually know your home or business is safe is a proper inspection. Don't rely on "Well it hasn't tripped yet!"
