Your park, hotel, or venue looks incredible in person. Why let your online presence fall flat? 🏨✨

Getting right down amongst the work on Birnbeck Pier 👀

There’s two of the lads tucked away in the scaffolding underneath the walkway… can you spot them? 🔍

24/08/2026

The crane at the centre of the latest work on Birnbeck Pier, with the view changing all the way around from Weston beach and the Grand Pier, right across towards Brean Down. A proper look at just how much of the coastline you can see from up here. 🌊

Bit by bit, Birnbeck is coming back together.

This section of the bridge is still very much a work in progress, but getting down lower really shows the scale of what’s going on underneath. Supports, scaffolding and a serious amount of work holding it all together.

Great to keep documenting it as it changes.

A closer look at Birnbeck Pier and the work currently going on.

From right down alongside the walkway and its supporting frame, to the wider views from above, you really get a sense of the scale of the structure and the work involved in bringing this piece of Weston’s history back.

Plenty more Birnbeck footage to come 👀

Early start at Birnbeck this morning.

Got there while it was still quiet and came away with some cracking footage of the pier and coastline. About 7 clips from this one, so I’ll be posting a few different views over the next couple of days.

Here’s the first 👇

Caught this speedboat towing a hydrofoil rider into the mouth of the River Parrett from Burnham.

Not something you see every day down there, and they were absolutely shifting too. Definitely worth turning the drone around for.
