It’s been a while since I have done a headlight blank for a race scooter and with in the same week I’ve been asked to do a few. But he is the latest off of the printer. Headlight blank for JB Tuning and another plain headlight blank and Speedo blank for a couple of other racers.
Check out the no gap inbetween the colours. 🙂.

I am now offering fully customised racing dog tags. As every racer knows, when we go racing we all need dog tags to pass Scrutineering. So why not get yourself a set of customise dog tag (tags) that’s customised to your liking.
One side will have your name and date of birth and the other be any picture you like, wheather it’s a picture of your scooter or motorcycle or even you racing I can do it all.
Single tags are £14 plus or 2 tags for £20 plus £3 postage

Here are our new Vespa px disc and non disc thumb choke prototypes we done a few weeks back. We are still tweaking the design alittle to get the thumb lever in our preferred position just like our Lambretta ones. But these are coming along now and looking lovely.

So this was the Lambretta air cool cylinder head we designed, We started by drawing it up in cad then 3d printed a few prototypes. We checked the fitting and then once we was happy we had a batch CNC made from billet aluminium. They not only look great but also work brilliantly.
We had a few ideas on what we wanted, the key points being, to have a changable compression bowl which is easily swappable and the other was cooling. For this we maximised the cooling fin area and also designed a cooling ramp within the fins them selfs that aid air flow across the cylinder head. We also extended the fins so they sit further into the cowling.

These were brilliant todo. Some cool little engine air scoops for a classic fiat 126 car. They turned out awesome.

Time for a photo dump of what I have been doing over the last 3-4 months. I’ve add alittle of everything From loads of cad designs to actual products that are now for sale.
From pit bike scoops and Vespa magnetic drain plugs to Vespa px quick action throttle wheels, Lambretta gear trunnions and even a Harley Davison Speedo mount. 😎

There will be a few more posts of the next month with some of our new gadgets one being the new 3d scanner and the laser engraver. So very cool things ti come.
