The team recently spent the day volunteering at Age Concern Southend on Sea, helping them improve their facilities by creating more storage space.

It's a great local charity, helping older residents with befriending, wheelchair hire, dementia services and much more.

They're based at the beautiful Haven Community Hub in Westcliff and have a lovely café. Pop in for a cuppa and speak to the team about their amazing work, or head over to ageconcernsouthend.co.uk for more details.

We had a great time this week doing a squares family walk around the Waddle-on-Sea trail 🐧

We dodged the weather ⛈️ and managed not to lose any of the kids, so we’d call that a success!

But most importantly, we were helping to raise money for the amazing Havens Hospices, who do so much for the families in our community.

Here we all are with the ‘Gone Fishing’ sculpture that we’re proud to be sponsoring.

There's someone we want you to meet!

Say hello to 'Gone Fishing', the amazing sculpture that we're sponsoring as part of the Waddle-on-Sea trail in aid of Havens Hospices.

Brrrilliantly created by artist Donna Newman, he's part of a huge huddle of beautiful penguins that have waddled their way in to the Southend area.

Congratulations to everyone at Havens, Wild in Art and all of the sponsors and partners who have made this event a reality.

Creating the brand, website and promotional materials for the trail has been such a fun project and we're delighted to be supporting such a worthy cause.

As part of our role as Creative Partner for the Havens Hospices Waddle-on-Sea sculpture trail, we get to create all of the marketing materials and resources that help the local Southend community to get involved. 🐧

In partnership with sponsors Rickard Luckin, this learning pack is part of the educational aspect of the event, encouraging local schools and young people to get involved and discuss important topics such as the environment, health and wellbeing, community cohesion and the care that Havens Hospices provides, all whilst raising vital funds for a great cause.

These projects are always great fun to work on with the Havens team, but more importantly it helps to fundraise for a great charity and cause 😊
