This September, our very own Alex Vickers will be lacing up his running shoes and tackling 13.1 miles for the brilliant charity MHA.

MHA supports older people to live later life well, with the care, companionship and support they deserve. A very worthy cause — and a very long way to run without a coffee stop.

Every donation, big or small, will help Alex along the route and support MHA’s important work.
