Inspiring & comical as ever, I watched BBC Apprentice and couldn’t resist having a quick go at re-creating logos for their cruise liner campaigns.
Never Ending Nautical - The team aimed to create a logo that had nautical themes and generated an image of health/ wellness. They produced green & brown toilet waves.
How I used the brief… Calming blues & the infinity sign to resonate wellness and reflect the company name. A sweeping wave to keep in line with nautical themes.
Bouji Cruises - The teams idea was a luxurious cruise aimed at a younger demographic. ‘I’m talking beach club, cocktail bar… something a little bit extra’. The result? A bland in character and colour logo leaving a lot to desire.
How I used the brief… Blue and gold theme for luxury, summer, vibes. A cruise ship sailing on golden lips for that real ‘extra’ feel.
