Bought a few flowers and the florist gave me this Dahlia for free, because it was so sad looking.🥀

Ha! This bloom might have lost a petal or two, and head hanging, but it perked right up once settled in a vase with some fresh water and parked in the sunshine.

And look: I think it's beautiful 💫

Just shows how a bit of TLC goes a long way...flowers and people alike 🤗

My trusted, and slightly battered, travel companion 👒☀️ Actually surprised it's still in one piece after being stuffed in and out a bag repeatedly for years now. Adorning it with local flowers, makes me feel a little less guilty 😆 🌸🌼🌸
