🌸 Oleeo bloomed into the spotlight 🌸

Oleeo build AI-powered recruitment software that helps businesses bloom, the perfect spark for their tagline, “AI software that helps you bloom.”

After a few years with a standard tent at RecFest, they wanted something that truly showed who they are. Happy, bold, and impossible to forget.

The goal? Turn their tagline into a living, breathing experience that captured the garden vibe and stood out from the sea of corporate marquees.

Enter Motive. We took their bright ideas and built a full-on showpiece. A white picket fence framed the space, with shaded picnic benches made it easy to chill out and chat. Clever branding touches, bold wooden signs, and the natural warmth of timber tied the whole look together.

The response? Massive. Oleeo left RecFest with six demo calls booked on the spot, a stream of fresh leads, and a stand that everyone remembered as “the flower one.”

That’s a wrap on 2025 at Motive Graphics.

This year was a big one. We delivered our largest project to date, the Kegstar warehouse relocation, taking on complex signage and graphics across a major site and bringing it all together on time and on point.

We refreshed iconic brands with projects like the McDonald’s sign revamp, rolled out full rebrands, completed office graphics and fit-out upgrades, supported events, and produced standout illuminated signage.

From local installs to national rollouts, every job had the same focus. High-quality signs and graphics that make your brand look good and work hard.

RISE x Motive

RISE Youth Coaching CIC are a St Neots-based organisation doing incredible work supporting young people’s mental health, confidence and self-belief. Through one-to-one coaching and school programmes, they help young people have access to quality coaching that “encourages them to create a brighter future for themselves, their communities and the world.” 💛

RISE were setting up new coaching spaces at Longsands Academy and St Ivo Academy, but the rooms needed a lift; something visual, welcoming and inspiring to help young people feel comfortable and motivated.

They wanted their spaces to reflect the positive, empowering energy behind their work, creating an environment that sparks confidence from the moment someone walks in.

When RISE reached out for some print support, we were more than happy to help.
Our team produced a set of roller banners and a custom wall decal, all printed in-house to match RISE’s brand and message.

We’re so proud to support an organisation making such a difference in our community, and can’t wait to see those banners and decals in action!

If your workspace doesn’t reflect your brand, it’s time for a refresh.

We transformed Anest Iwata’s office with a full 360° wall overhaul across their workspace and hallway. Foamex signs, a custom SEG-frame world map, and bold feature graphics were all designed to fit the space perfectly. To bring in a personal touch, we added the Japanese phrase “Makato no kokoro” in kiss-cut vinyl, a meaningful nod to their heritage.

Now, Anest Iwata have an office they’re genuinely proud to show off.

Big Macs on the ground, big signs in the sky. 🍔

After 26 years, the impressive 10-meter-high Brampton McDonald's sign was ready for a serious facelift. Our mission? To bring back that unmistakable, vibrant McDonald’s red and ensure the iconic Golden Arches stood tall and proud once more.

The project day was stunning, though undeniably breezy, but our installation team, as always, handled it with incredible skill. They navigated the challenging conditions flawlessly, making sure everything ran smoothly. Zak, a vital part of our crew, was on-site from start to finish, overseeing every detail and the transformation was a complete success!

From faded to fresh, this McDonalds brought the sign (back) to life, and yes, we’re lovin’ it.
