You don’t need another lecture about canonical tags, entity salience or Core Web Vitals.
You need to know what is wrong, why it matters and whether fixing it is likely to produce a useful result.
Technical work is important, but drama is not.
Good website and SEO advice should survive the Jargon Extraction Lever. After all the specialist language has been removed, the recommendation ought to sound something like this:
People cannot find your page. Your page does not explain the service clearly. There is not enough evidence to trust the business, or contacting you is harder than it should be.
That is language you can act on.

Lots of websites do not have a design problem, they have an ‘out of control’ problem.
You’ve added another slogan and three more services. A pop-up seemed like a good idea and so you added a carousel. The homepage now contains everything the business has ever wanted to say and very little a customer needs to hear.
The Unnecessary Marketing Nonsense Removal Unit is based on a simple principle: clarity usually converts better than confusion.
A visitor should be able to quickly answer four questions:
1. What do you do?
2. Is it relevant to me?
3. Why should I trust you?
4. What do I do next?
Anything that prevents those answers needs inspection, adjustment or release through the side pressure valve.
Distinctive does not mean cluttered and persuasive text should be limited. A good website can have character while remaining exceptionally clear.
If your current site feels busy but strangely unconvincing, I will identify what should stay, what should work harder and what can be removed.

A website can look busy without doing much work.
Traffic rises. A few rankings improve. Someone reports that impressions are up. Yet the telephone remains suspiciously quiet.
The useful gauge is not simply how many people reached the website. It is whether the right people understood the offer, trusted the business and felt confident enough to make contact.
When enquiries are disappointing, I normally inspect four parts of the mechanism: visibility, clarity, proof and the route to contact. A weakness in any one can stop the whole machine.
If your website receives visitors but produces too few proper conversations, it may not need more traffic first. It may need a clearer job to do.
