Having a look at some clinical beauty product shots in the studio. A simple 3 light setup with a bit of shape and warmth. I wanted the warmth to match the yellow in the packaging. End result straight out of the camera with no grading.

Time based billing - it seems like the standard for creative roles the world over.

What is the market going dayrate for ā€œinsert creative role hereā€?!

But youā€™re not comparing Apples with Apples when you just look at a dayrate number.

When you bring value and solve specific problem for your client then the rate is less of a sticking point.
