We are delighted to unveil a striking new limited-edition release from Laphroaig, created in collaboration with the incomparable Willem Dafoe. Renowned for its intensely peated unmistakably smoky character, Laphroaig has long stood apart in the world of Scotch whisky, and this special edition proudly continues that legacy.
Bringing together cinematic artistry and whisky craftsmanship, this collaboration ventures beyond convention, blurring the line between flavour and interpretation. Rather than focusing on traditional tasting notes, Dafoe approached the whisky instinctively, selecting the expression that most powerfully ignited his curiosity - an approach as distinctive as his own creative spirit.
Inspired by Willem’s singular persona, the design embraces a refined, understated aesthetic, featuring a hand-scribed ‘WILLEM’ drawn directly from the photo shoot - an intimate and personal mark that anchors the collaboration.
A limited number of bottles will be available worldwide, and Friends of Laphroaig will have the first opportunity to purchase via ballot on Laphroaig.com
