Wonderful feedback on the PFH Annual Report, developing your report for customers should always start with asking what they would like to see.

Thank you for your feedback! We have recently collated feedback on our Annual Report, and it is great to see that 279 responses showed us;

98% liked the style and design

98% thought it was the right length

97% found it clear and easy to understand


We have seen more residents accessing online, but our feedback shows that 65% of residents prefer a paper copy – so that is what we will provide (in multiple languages and formats too!) after all, the annual report is for you!

Our talented videographer, Gareth, headed down to Pure Kitchen to film a video all about the support they offer and the delicious products they make for their cafés and buffets! 🍰

Pure Kitchen provides individuals with a physical or learning disability the opportunity to learn new skills and build friendships. The video showcases this and all of important work that they do!

Our digital experts Nicola and Ben have been working on the new West Yorkshire Housing Partnership website and it is now officially live!

From the initial scoping sessions to a detailed project plan and ensuring their strong branding was implemented into a modern website design, every step of the way we ensured that we were meeting accessibility guidelines whilst creating a user-friendly site.

It was great to reflect on the year ahead, discuss our upcoming projects and finish the day with a wellbeing hour. Thank you for inviting us (and for the delicious chippy lunch! 🍟)

We are completely delighted to announce that Reuben's Retreat have chosen to work with us! 🙌 🎉

Reuben was just 23 months old when he sadly passed away and his mummy made a promise to ensure that his short but precious life would mean something to the world. Just 2 days after losing Reuben, ‘Reuben’s Retreat’ was born.

As a charity, their mission is to relieve the distress of families who have suffered the loss of a child or have a child living with medical complexities.

Nicola, Reuben's mummy said: "From the off this working partnership felt right. We are thrilled to have the support of Home Marketing and their talents. It feels so reassuring to know that our cause, brand and identity are in such safe hands." 💗✨
