Last week, we gave Gabi the send-off she deserved 🎈

The Little Mill Inn, a three-course meal, more baby paraphernalia than any of us knew existed and a round of “measure the bump” that got way too competitive, way too fast. Congrats on the win, Jo🏆

Gabi joined Freedom Media Group two years ago as Account Director and has been a massive part of what makes this team tick. Her structure, her creativity, the genuine care she brings to every person she works with, all of it matters and all of it shows.

We’ll miss her. But the office singing & fluffy slippers? We’ll manage.

Baby number two is on the way and we’ve got a sweepstake running on weight, s*x, and due date. Tensions are high. Stakes are higher.

More big news at FMG 🎉

Catherine has joined Freedom Media Group as our new Agency Planner. And the timing couldn’t be better.

Catherine is here to do the work that makes everything else work. Triaging briefs, building strategy, turning insight into proposals that hit the spot for our clients.

She’ll work closely with all media owners across TV, audio, digital, and OOH, keeping campaigns sharp from planning through to delivery.

Our team are exceptionally busy, so she’s exactly what we need right now.

And yes, there’s a fun fact. Catherine competed as an Irish dancer for over 8 years and once won “most promising dancer.” We’re not saying much, except our team trip to the sunshine in June just got considerably more interesting 🕺

Wow, 2025. What a year 💥

From welcoming new team members to marathons, Marbella, and raising thousands for The Christie, it has been a year of genuine progress. We also moved into a significantly larger office, marking real growth both personally and professionally across the entire FMG team.

We delivered over 400 campaigns across TV, audio, out-of-home, digital and social, activating more than £11 million in media. We also expanded into the USA, running nationwide audio campaigns and extending our international footprint.

Along the way, we have worked with some amazing clients from activating national TV campaigns to major rebrands and city-wide activations 🔥

Behind the scenes, we’ve been laying the foundations for what’s next, with an exciting AI innovation launching next year.

Throughout it all, we stayed focused, disciplined and relentless. On top, on track, on fire and on point. More on that soon 👀

Big year done. Even bigger plans ahead.

Christmas is a time for celebrating, eating mince pies and drinking mulled wine 🍷

But it’s also a time to be aware and check in on the people around you.

The Christmas period can be really difficult for a lot of people and one thing we really value here at Freedom is how seriously they take mental health 💜

Communication is crucial but so is understanding that people don’t always speak up when they’re struggling. That stress, burnout, and anxiety can often show up in subtle ways.

And rather than ignoring it, Freedom make the effort to truly see us, checking in, building real relationships, and creating space for honest conversations ✨

And in a world that often moves too fast, that kind of empathy in leadership matters more than ever.

Sean’s here to future proof our digital offering, moving fast, staying agile, and leading on emerging trends that ensure our clients stay ahead.

Progressing from his recent role as strategy associate director at McCann, he brings seven years of experience across performance and cross channel strategy shaping plans for brands like Aldi, English National Opera, and Roxy Ballroom.

Off the clock? Man City season ticket holder and cricket fan. He loves live-music and is also newly engaged (congrats Sean & Sophie!) 💍

His party trick is a mysterious game called Clickies which we can’t wait to see at the FMG Christmas party 🎉

She’s an incredible addition to the team and has really hit the ground running, fully immersing herself into the extensive training, showing a real passion for Television and has already completed the TV Masters course!

Wellness Wednesday 💙

And this time it’s the Reflexology Edition 🦶

At Freedom, we believe that great ideas don’t just come from busy minds, they come from balanced ones.

So for last weeks Wellness Wednesday, we brought calm to the office with a visit from trained reflexologist, Victoria, who gave each of the team an hour of pure relaxation.

For anyone who hasn’t tried it, reflexology isn’t just a fancy foot rub (but it definitely feels like one!) It’s a holistic treatment that can:

💤 Improve sleep quality
⚡ Boost energy and circulation
💭 Help clear the mind and reset focus
