Cracking Good Food's NEW super-improved FREE 'Power Up The Flavour' low-cost, low-fuel cooking guide is now available.

The updated guide provides low fuel cooking and lifestyle tips, a 7 day ‘Save fuel family meal plan’ for meat and vegetarian diets, with recipes and shopping lists to create tasty, nutritional meals whilst using minimal fuel.

TThe guide also has a ‘fibre packed’ section on how fibre packed foods can boost health and cut costs, produced in collaboration with the UKRI-SPF Transforming UK food systems programme funded ‘Healthy Soil, Healthy Food, Healthy People’ (H3) project (Grant No: BB/V004719/1). Hello all! We at Budget Print are kindly asking people to please help support Phil Allcock’s Keepy Uppie Challenge!
Phil is looking to raise £1000 for his Christmas Gift campaign. His challenge is to successfully perform 15,000 keepy uppies throughout the month of November as he hopes to generate £1000 towards buying as many Christmas gifts as possible for the kids of Stockport! It truly is a fantastic cause.
