What a Saturday! 🤍

Today has been one of those lovely days where you can really feel things moving forward.

We’ve had a fabulous day in the shop, and Emily and I have been busy sorting, organising and starting to move things over to the new premises.

And I have to say… the new shop is starting to take shape! 🥰
I’m especially excited about the print room — I honestly think it’s going to be amazing when it’s finished.

We’ve still got two full weeks left in the Fountain Shopping Mall, so we’re definitely not there yet, but it’s getting very real now!

Thank you, as always, for supporting Pepper Place. It really does mean so much. 🤍

Now I’m officially putting my feet up tomorrow… before we’re back at it on Monday! 😂

I’ve been completely overwhelmed by the kindness that’s come my way today — so many lovely people popping in to check on me, bringing cake, cards, gifts, and even a cuddle or two. It’s moments like these that remind me how special our high street really is. Traders and customers alike looking out for one another — that’s what community is all about. Feeling very grateful

A fresh new day! Tired and looking run down but positive

Yesterday is behind me, I have cameras for the shop so it can't happen again

Another delivery arrived this morning for the new shop eek so exciting my office is going to be stunning and spacious with lots of room for new machines!

I'm on countdown to not only leave my old shop it OUR very first CRUISE Massive thank you to Lauren & Ben!

Ambers salon had a little more work done to it yesterday so every day is a day closer to opening massive thanks to sean and obviously her other half Ste (won't let me tag him) for helping make it happen

and i'm gunna tag Emily cos she's my constant cheerleader my taxi driver and my sensible head & my mam Babs for forever looking after the shop

Thursdays are usually a quiet footfall day, but you lot have been loving our cheeky monkeys, the new jewellery range, and I’ve had sooo many slate orders lately — definitely keeping me on my toes!
Ended the day on a bit of a sour note catching another tenant about to walk into my shop as I was leaving… disappointing, but it just confirms I’m making the right move.
On a positive note: my notice is handed in and it’s all systems go for the new shop!
Big changes ahead and I can’t wait to get stuck in.
