TRACKING 🚗➡️🏁 From Blank Canvas to Rally Car
What started as a plain white rally shells quickly became full track-ready machines thanks to a carefully planned wrap and livery process.
Firstly, our in-house team consulted with the clients and designed the graphics digitally to fit the brief, brand and rally specifications — building the livery around the car’s body lines, wide arches, vents and aero features to ensure everything flowed naturally. The CSG Motorsport, White Bakery and Mellard branding features prominently, signature colour palettes being utilised creatively along with sponsor logos with other affiliates and race numbers and brand themed icons/patterns were all positioned for maximum impact both on track and in the paddock.
Once the visuals were stringently approved, the artwork was production-ready, pre-pressed, panelled up for print, colour matched and printed onto premium vehicle wrap vinyl before being laminated for durability against UV, dirt, stone chips and race-day abuse.
The car was then meticulously cleaned and prepared before installation began. Each section was carefully aligned, heated and applied by hand, ensuring every logo, stripe and graphic flowed perfectly placed across panel gaps, curves and complex bodywork. The wrap was then trimmed, edge-finished and post-heated to guarantee long-term adhesion at speed.
The result? A complete professional wrap and decal transformation from a plain white race car into a bold, professional rally machine that’s as eye-catching in the service park as it is flat-out on stage.
