How it all started.... Odd-Ball Import was one of the UKs biggest suppliers of aerial balls... We imported 1000s of all shapes and sizes before we went on to buy Slook.... I just found a huge stash in the loft... Soooo many great designs 👌

So with a heavy heart I've decided to retire the little Roland SX-8 vinyl cutter 😭
This bad boy has been the mainstay of Slook's business for over 20 years
We've sold over 40K stickers on eBay, sold via the old Slook website and 100s of car shows over the years so I'm estimating this little machine has cut around 80K stickers in that time, mainly trouble-free
Why have we put it out to pasture now? The registration is a little off and it's been completely screwing up a few cuts of late.
I guess we could have spent on an overhaul but decided to invest in the latest SV-8 from Roland. Hopefully we'll get a similar return on investment on the new guy 🤣
