Have a good Christmas.
My friends know it won't be the easiest one in the Howle household this year. I am grateful, however, to everyone who has had a kind word to say and, when the chips were down, I well and truly discovered who those friends are.

Ford Mainwaring is investing in developing its own team through and training.
I recently met Mitchell and Charlie to write the news piece here. Both were enthusiastic about learning a trade and appreciated the opportunity to work with more senior engineers that on the job training brings.
Charlie, 17, said: “I wanted an apprenticeship as I see learning as I work as a better way forward for me than studying at college. Here I get the knowledge from experienced colleagues, go to college to learn the theory once a week and get to work practically on the job.”
