Sally has built her career at GB Copier Systems Ltd, joining us in 1997 as an Account Executive and becoming Sales Director in 2011.
She was promoted to Sales and Operations Director in 2021 and since then Sally’s incredible work ethic and passion for delivering exceptional customer service has helped us to grow our business to where we are today. We can’t wait to see where her encyclopaedic knowledge of our industry and excellent leadership skills will take us next.

Dear Friends,

We are currently seeking a Service Receptionist/Field Service Co-Ordinator for our Waterloo House office based in Burslem Stoke-on-Trent.

Brief job description:

Answer phone calls
Log and allocate all service calls.
Email meter reading requests
Raise toner orders form Select and via phone/email.
Sort toners into local and postal deliveries
Pick and post out of area toners.
Pick toner for local deliveries.
Reports for Sally monthly and as and when requested.
Cover meter reading collections when Chloe is off.
Check and close service calls.
Place out of area service calls with 3rd party
Close down toners, chargeable and none chargeable
Stationary orders
Qualified First Aider

9-5pm - full time Mon-Fri
