How do you increase website traffic and social engagement during a global pandemic?

In the first week of working with The Village Butcher Ipstones on their social media strategy, we saw an 8% increase in followers on social media, and a huge 130% increase on e-commerce shop visits through social media referrals. New visitors to the website grew from 58% to 72% encouraging new customer relationships, and overall traffic grew by 85%! 🙌

How do you breathe new life into a well-loved wedding venue? 🤵👰

We set out to reposition The Moat House Acton Trussell for the needs and aspirations of modern couples. Starting with the discovery phase, we engaged with the senior leadership, interviewed couples who were and researched the competition. From there, we developed customer personas and a brand tone of voice, and helped arrange a collaborative styled photoshoot for visuals to support the messaging.

We chose to focus on exclusive use and bespoke weddings, with a deliberate move away from package-based sales. We produced a new brochure and website highlighting the stand-out food, as well as launching the venue’s exclusive use option to press, securing coverage on a local and national footprint.

In five weeks post-launch, we delivered more than £500,000 potential business.

How do you break through the noise and drive sales in the run up to Christmas? 🤔

We carefully crafted an email campaign for Best of British Beer which utilised their existing customer data. By segmenting their database, we were able to identify five key audience profiles, and tailor emails to each one to ensure that the right content was hitting the right people. In under 9 weeks, we helped Best of British Beer see a 555% return on investment, with an average conversion rate of 14.69%. Several emails converted at over 20%, and the average order value was higher than the key featured product in each email. A fantastic way to kick off 2020 - cheers! 🍻

To break into the market, we recommended launching a premium gin to raise the profile of SunBear Distillery, to be followed by the rollout of rebranded vodkas. Design inspiration came from Sun Bear’s namesake charitable cause and commitment to natural flavours.
