A new chapter for ClubSix is coming.

Your current club shop will remain in place for around another year while we carefully migrate every club to the new ClubSix platform. There is nothing you need to do yet, and your existing shop will continue operating as normal.

The new platform offers three levels:

🛍️ Club Shop Only
A free online shop where members order and pay for personalised club kit directly.

📅 Small Academy
Adds classes, bookings, attendance, club communication and member progression tracking.

🏢 Large Organisation
Built for organisations with multiple teams, coaches or locations, including staff roles, central oversight and reporting.

If you currently have a Xerosix club shop, you already use the first level. On the new platform, you will also be able to browse available products from your account and select “Add to my shop” whenever you find something suitable.

There is no setup cost for any of the three levels. A subscription is only required if your club chooses to collect payments for classes, events, memberships or tuition through ClubSix.

We may consider introducing a small commission on merchandise in the future, but no decision has been made. Our priority is to help clubs save money on separate club-management software while bringing their shop and management tools together.

We will gradually recreate every existing club shop on the new platform. Once yours is ready, the club owner will receive a secure claim link that assigns ownership of the new account.

Add payment processing by connecting your own stripe account to take memberships, tuitions, class fees etc. £29.99 per month. No platform fees included. Standard stripe fees apply.

If you don’t already have a stripe account you’ll create one in 2 extra steps during the process.

A: so we don’t overwhelm club owners with tools they’re not going to use.

Q: how does the subscription & platform fees compare with other club management providers?
A: others charge a platform fee up to 3% aswell as subscription - we think that’s mental!

Q: how can we compete with other software providers if we’re charging the least?
A: we have the fulfilment service that is our main business, providing personalised uniforms through your clubshop.

as of monday we'll be starting to migrate current clubs over to this ne service, but please dont worry. the current website will still have your clubshop live and will reamin there until you are happy to just use the new one.
