When you don't tell your visitors exactly what to do next, you create a Dead-End Experience.

They browse your site, they like what they see, and then they leave, simply because no one guided them.

Give them ONE clear path: Every single page or post needs one primary goal. Do you want them to buy, book, or subscribe?

Make it visually obvious: Your CTA should be impossible to miss. Use a high-contrast button.

Transformation time!

This is the new ChangeLens website. We took it from a dated and dark to a clean, and modern.

We also spent a lot of time on the website content so that it reflected the businesses values, vision and USPs; so it showed what they do best and why they do it so well: namely, helping organisations deliver change with confidence and they now have a website they are proud of (and we are, too) ☺️
