Business owners and Marketers:
If you are using industry jargon in your promotional copy, you are selling to your competitors.
Have you noticed that many of the posts we see in social media, the articles that many craft for publication are littered with acronyms for many of the organisations, systems and policies referred to in content.
Consider the newbie, someone who is interested in the article but is in the early stages of their buying journey. Will they know what the acronym means?
Consider also the people who do know what the acronym means, they are probably your competitors.
For the sake of typing a few extra words, make life easy for those who are starting the buying journey so they can engage in your content.
