In-house Research, a specialist market research company that helps businesses capture, analyse and understand customer insights, are very pleased to announce that they have been recognised by the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) as an Accredited Supplier.

Launched in 2022, the NHQB is a not-for-profit body that has developed a new framework to oversee reforms in the build quality of new homes and the customer service provided by developers.

We are seeking a technically minded and highly organised individual to join our team to help manage business critical data and provide troubleshooting for IT and essential systems. Reporting to the Internal Systems Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Logging, importing and liaising with clients to chase incoming data

- Supporting clients with technical queries
Supporting colleagues with day-to-day IT queries

- Assisting the Internal Systems Manager with testing and rollout of new systems

- Developing and maintaining online reports

- Setting up and maintaining client projects in our systems

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- A strong passion for IT
- Willing to learn
- Highly organised
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills

ADVANTAGEOUS

- Experience working with MS Access/Excel/Outlook
- Maths & English GCSE (Grades A-C)
- Some knowledge or experience of Networking / SQL


WORKING HOURS

This role is full time – 36.5 hours a week.
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 – 17:00
Friday: 9:00 – 16:00
