The March 2026 edition is now going out in the area.

Spring is on the way and throughout the March magazine are hints of planning for the warmer weather ahead. Greatfield Nurseries are advertising prepping the garden for Spring on p.5, the Shed Centre on p.14, Barnes Coaches on p.15 and Carbana on page 27. Plan now for Easter - see page 23 for details from independent butchers JGK in the High Street.

A warm welcome to new advertisers on p.3. Featured are a beautiful care home in nearby Little Somerford, local electrician DT Electrical, a plasterer and decorator 'All Aspects Plastering & Painting as well as Cotswold Roof Cleaning who focus on moss on roofs. Ladymere Dog Grooming return to the magazine too. Call Leah if looking for a professional dog groomer based in Brinkworth. If looking at your fitness, Elite Kickboxing are promoting strength training for women on p.13. There are details from RWB Town Council about public open spaces and plans ahead for them on p.5 too.

The February 2026 edition is out now.

Why not plan your Valentine's Day this month on 14th February? Conveniently landing on a Saturday, order flowers from Guelder Rose (see p.3) and finish your day with a meal at Quercus Bistro (see p.18). If eating at home take advantage of JGK Butchers & Delicatessen who have a special offer on steaks (see p.5).

It is also half term for the school kids this month, so take the kids to REME in Lyneham (see p.3) or for the younger ones go to the play cafe at Bubs and Brews (also on p.3).

If the weather has impacted your home there are lots of good trades people advertising throughout the magazine to include plumbers, electricians and landscape gardeners.

This is the month to keep yourself warm and prepare for the Spring ahead. And if looking to get involved in volunteer work, look at the Town Council's advert on p.19 for ideas.

January 2026's edition starts the New Year with a publication filled with local businesses. The Conservative Club are promoting their facilities and events on p.8. It serves competitively priced food and beverages for a great night out. Barnes Coaches have a new brochure out. Order yours now - see page 15. The Town Council are organising a Hoe Down event at Wootton Bassett Memorial Hall - see p.20 and if you're community spirited, why not look at volunteering for the CCTV Team or Community Speed Watch (see p.20). Quercus Bistro is promoting an alternative Burns Night celebration (see p.23) and there are a host of businesses to help you if your boiler breaks down, roof needs repairing or fences mending should the weather be challenging this month. Please browse through this month's edition and use local businesses where you can. Happy New Year!

This December edition is the last publication for 2025. There are 40 pages of local traders with events, listings of festive church services in Royal Wootton Bassett (p.5) details of where Santa will be seen in his sleigh (courtesy of Rotary) - see p.2 and details of events to celebrate this season. See Bubs & Brews on p.4, Christmas dining at Quercus on p.9, Sustain on p.29 and details of late night opening at our local toy shop in town (Ducklings) on p.13. We're now into the October 2025 edition. Our 40 page magazine has an array of over 120 local advertisers. This month you can see how to access the details on the Town Council's Neighbourhood Plan (see p.5). Basset Down are promoting Christmas parties on p.4 and there's an open day for prospective students at Broad Town School on p.6.
It's Halloween this month and if you celebrate this event then pop along to Lekker Cafe (see p.7) or go to Sustain for pumpkins, tractor rides and spooky trail (see p.33).
