I’m excited to share the 2nd film in Clan Ross America’s Digital Pilgrimage Series - Pillars of Faith. (This video is a short intro, please see link in comments or my profile page for the full 8 minute film.)

It’s been fab working with filmmaker Scott Remy, alongside producers Sara Gardiner-McNeill and Mike Ross, on this project. Scott’s vision and scriptwriting are at the heart of this film and once again he has captured the Highlands perfectly.

This series is a digital pilgrimage for those connected to Clan Ross (and other Clans in the area) offering a way to experience their homeland and connect with its history - wherever they are in the world.

From the landscape to the Gaelic and the storytelling, it gives a real sense of place and heritage.

Grab a cuppa or an uisge-beatha 🥃 and enjoy this short film.

Carrie Forbes ditched her job as a mortgage advisor and moved back to Scotland in 2011 where she turned her hobby as a voiceover artist into a full-time job.

This is for The Lands of Ross film which was commissioned by Clan Ross America and congrats on the nomination also go to filmmaker Scott Remy, Exec producer Sara Gardiner-McNeill and Mike Ross. The awards take place in Los Angeles in January and I’m keeping my fingers firmly crossed for a win 🤞

Sharing a recent VO project with you all...... Grab a cuppa (or an uisge-beatha 🥃), sit back and enjoy this short film which was commissioned by Clan Ross America. I really enjoyed working with the very talented filmmaker Scott Remy (Scene-it Media) on this project, alongside Sara Gardiner-McNeill and Mike Ross

This is a digital pilgrimage to allow members of the Clan Ross based in America or elsewhere overseas to see the homeland of their Clan.

As you can see Balnagown Estate estate is absolutely stunning! Their cottages and lodges are the perfect place for people to stay as they explore this area.

Tain Museum and Clan Ross Centre recently held an event in the Collegiate Church to showcase this film. Members of Clan Ross America and UK Clan members were in attendance. It was such a lovely evening!

The advantages of having a bombing range on your doorstep. ❤️

Sometimes it can get a bit annoying having my recording session interrupted by a low flying jet but I'm really not minding when it's the Red Arrows.

We've been treated to 4 displays since yesterday and there are another 3 displays tomorrow and Thursday. It's a real treat getting to see them in action! We get lots of notice so it's easy to work around them and make sure that we get to see all the displays.
