People of Facebook! 🎾

Our friends at Tarporley Tennis Club are running a tennis marathon next weekend in an effort to raise as much money as possible for The Joshua Tree, who provide emotional, wellbeing, and practical support to families affected by childhood cancers.

We're proud to be supporting them by filming the event for free. I would love it if a few of our followers could also help with a donation via their JustGiving page, however small, to help a child in need.

This morning we shared a coffee with Avalanche Media at The Swan, talking through the final pieces of a project we've both poured our hearts into ☕🤝

You’re Not Alone 🫂

It’s , and I'm keeping it real.

Anxiety and depression can feel incredibly isolating but as this video explains, there is so much power in shared stories.

I genuinely hope this video reminds you that your mental health matters more than the grind and hustle and bustle of daily life. I say that particularly to the fellow blokes out there who, like me, have a tendency to just soldier on.

Someone tried to hack my client 🦠☢️💻
..I woke up this morning to an alert. Another day, another person somewhere in the world trying to hack an unsuspecting UK business website while the owners sleep.

Honestly this isn't breaking news - it happens every single day to businesses right across the world. This same client has had 166 attempted (and blocked) attacks in the last 7 days!

But "why me" I hear you ask, "I'm a tiny village business"! These dirty criminals really don't care if you are a small business or a multi million pound one. They just see the fact that you are small as meaning you likely aren't aware of this stuff. They will try to poke your business for security holes in the hope that they can get in, steal your data or take over your website and hold you hostage until you pay up.

Luckily for my client, they have a web developer who is more than aware of the tricks, and always lurking in the background with cyber defense, alarms and trip wires everywhere! The culprit was immediately blocked before they could get in, their actions recorded, identified and reported. In the words of the great Kevin McCalister: "Merry Christmas, you filthy animal".

Does your business have cyber security plugged in as standard? Make sure you ask your developer, or get in touch with us for free advice. Not checking could cost you more than you think...it's just not worth the risk.

What you see vs what I see 🎥👨🏼‍💻 The long and detailed art of video editing!
