Yesterday, Chloe took part in the Unlocking Somerset Talent event by the Somerset Chamber of Commerce and Passion for Somerset.

This was an amazing opportunity to connect with local businesses and discuss the importance of giving young people opportunities through placements, apprenticeships and internships, exploring how these opportunities can be created to bridge the gaps between future talent and employers.

It’s been an inspiring and busy week of team meetings at TSD! 💻

We kicked things off with our annual company meeting; reflecting on our key wins over the last 12 months and setting our sights on ambitious goals for the year ahead.

We also dived into dedicated workshops on AI and bidding strategies - exploring how smart integrations can streamline our workflows while brushing up on core fundamentals to continue delivering performance-driven campaigns. 🎯

Between the delicious food and drinks, it was a brilliant chance to step away from our desks, meet new faces, and reconnect as a team.

We also made sure to put our best faces forward for some fresh professional headshots. Safe to say, new LinkedIn profile updates are officially pending… watch this space!👀📸

A great afternoon at the StackAdapt event at KASK 2 in Bristol last Thursday! 🎯

Our Paid Media Director Emma, Account Director Beth and Paid Media Account Manager Zak headed over to learn more about the latest developments across the platform, including new Native and Display ad formats and StackAdapt’s new Ivy Studios feature.

We also heard from two regional agencies discussing the latest industry trends, the growing role of AI and how agencies are adapting to the changing digital landscape.

The event finished with a w**e tasting and charcuterie boards, giving us the perfect opportunity to continue the conversations, network with other StackAdapt agencies and, of course, taste some exceptional w**e! 🍷

Lots learnt, plenty of great conversations and a really enjoyable afternoon with great company.
