Wow! I have not posted here for a while haven't I!

I'm still here but things are quietening down for websites these days with the power of social media and what you can do with your own phones for free; it is so much easier these days. :)

Quite often I do ask if a potential customer needs a website, and that really does matter. Think about having the responsibility of keeping one up to date. Can you make time for that when you can pick up your phone to do an Instagram/TikTok/Facebook post?

Anyway I am still here and also would like to make a point that I still do display my phone number and happy to chat on the phone.

UPDATE: 8th March. Emails are now fixed and websites are updated. :)

Email issues:
If you have been notified about hosting changes, email addresses that forward to another address are also being affected which shouldn't have. I have received reports of emails bouncing back.

If you have a form of live blogging like Facebook, or alternative, please let customers know the problem is being looked into. People who do try to email will receive a bounce back message of email failure and if your website has a phone number, that will help.
I am currently investigating into why this has happened as email forwarding and domains are not linked to the hosting issues. It shouldn't be...

After 7 long months of battling with my old hosting company with its ongoing issues, bugs and very poor customer service since their new management, I am finally making progress on migrating websites to a new company that will allow full access to hosting features.
I need to move each website manually and will be running tests and monitoring the process.
Hosting has never been my strength, only building websites but I'm certainly a lot better than 10 years ago!!
I am always happy to use third party hosts if you have one, I only provide hosting services if required.

My sincere apologies to those who have been affected. It has been a difficult and costly few months. Let's look forward to this new company I've found that is looking very promising! I can charge the same price and we can also pass the green certificate by running on renewable energy! :)

Hosting news:
I am in the process of looking for a new host for our websites.. My current one has changed hands and unfortunately not going too well. I was hoping to give them a chance to adjust but it is not settling too well.. This is the cause of some of the recent problems we have had in the last few months and some are still on going..

Apologies to those who have been affected and the time it has taken to fix these issues.

Positive news... I may have found a UK based company that offers much more services in hosting and possibly allow me to keep the prices low in support of your business, especially to those in the creative industry and start ups.

Even better news is that we could be moving to 100% renewal energy powered servers using solar and wind energy! :)

Lets keep our businesses green!
