20 YEARS SELF-EMPLOYED
Good grief, that went quick. Yes, it’s 20 years since I left a nice salary and pension to set up Glyder Ltd . It’s been quite a ride, with some fun and turbulence both included, self employment is a ‘high wire’ act for sure.
HUGE thanks to my Mrs and co-director, Bethan, for all her support – not least being my finance gal and co-design bod for a lot of it. X
Thanks to all of you who have supported me with your exciting projects over the years.
Only 7 more years to go until the sunlit uplands of retirement. Onwards – and hurry! x 🤣

20 YEARS SELF-EMPLOYED
Good grief, that went quick. Yes, it’s 20 years since I left a nice salary and pension to set up Glyder Graphic Design. It’s been quite a ride, with some fun and turbulence both included, self employment is a ‘high wire’ act for sure.

**Catcott Nature Reserve**
Just a quickie of me goofing around in the heat last week. Here I am at the beautiful Catcott Nature Reserve, on Somerset Levels. Glyder Graphic Design were lucky enough to win a tender from the wonderful Somerset Wildlife Trust to handle 7 new large scale interpretation boards! It’s been a fantastic project so far , with all 7 boards now out on proof. Hopefully they will be in the ground in the autumn when the ground is softer.
