TRP Research is an independent supplier of media measurement, reporting and analysis. We’re looking for someone who has previously worked with a developed cloud technology as part of a wider IT Support role, and who is now looking for a new challenge. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Working within the IT and Infrastructure Team, you will be involved in configuring and maintaining both cloud and physical infrastructure, with a bias towards our cloud services. Supporting network and server infrastructure, you will work with virtual & physical servers, managed switches and firewalls located at our main site. Primarily, you will be working on our existing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to expand our Microsoft cloud presence. Responsibilities will involve:

 Office 365 administration of Teams, Exchange Online, Endpoint Management / Intune, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security and compliance
 Maintenance, configuration and support of Server Hardware, Network Infrastructure, Firewalls and VPNs, Virtual Hosts (VMWare & Hyper-V), Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP, Backup and recovery systems

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone who has commercial experience in:
 Microsoft 365 – security, Intune / Endpoint Management, Exchange Online, Teams
 Azure – Intune, policy management, troubleshooting and administering cloud based virtual machines

It is also desirable but not essential to have:
 Sharepoint admin
 Networking: TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP
 Veeam
 Windows OS Administration: Windows Server 2019, Windows 10
 Understanding of VMware vSphere / vSAN and Creating VM’s
 AWS infrastructure – Virtual devices and data stores

 Is articulate and able to convey constructive thoughts and ideas with the wider team
 Is enthusiastic about technology and how to apply new developments to their work and the business
 Is able to prioritise projects and tasks as necesssary
 Is able to engage and inspire others, and adapt to different working styles and preferences
 Is able to work effectivley with our staff and third party companies to improve technology services
 Has good fault finding and diagnostic skills
